Nigeria produces an extraordinary amount of public data every year -- election results, national budgets, debt figures, GDP reports, census and demographic surveys, education statistics. It's all technically "public." In practice, most of it is scattered across PDFs, buried in agency websites, or locked away in formats that make it nearly impossible for anyone outside a research institution to actually use.

We built NigeriaAnalytics to close that gap.

We believe that informed decisions -- by citizens, journalists, students, investors, and policymakers alike -- start with accessible data. Our mission is simple: take Nigeria's official public data and make it genuinely usable. Not just downloadable, but explorable -- visualized, comparable, and searchable in plain language.

Where the Data Comes From

Every number on this platform is sourced from official Nigerian government bodies -- the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Debt Management Office (DMO), and other primary sources. We don't scrape random web pages or guess -- if we can't verify where a figure came from, it doesn't go on the platform.
